West  42nd and 10th development is a mixed-use development in the Midtown West neighborhood of Manhattan.  It contains a luxury rental component, luxury for-sale condominiums, an off-Broadway Theater center, a hotel, street level retail, and parking.  Construction is underway and expected to be complete in 2011.
